Our Story
I came back from living in Spain – a place where good fish is part of daily life – and was shocked at how hard it was to find quality, fresh fish here in the UK (even though most of the fish I was eating in Spain was from the UK!)
Ella, a former vegan, was on her own journey to find the freshest, most sustainable seafood possible.
Together, we started Wylde – a place where independent fishermen could list what they catch, and sell it direct to customers.
Then it snowballed.
We began offering incredibly sustainable meat – from organic, slow-grown, pasture-fed animals – and before long a whole community of regenerative and biodynamic farmers, growers, and food makers joined in.
That’s how Wylde became your online farmers’ market.
