In Japan, on the edge of the stunning Shima peninsula, there's a tiny little coastal town called Osatsu.
And in Osatsu is a hut.
That hut is home to the 'ama' divers. If you go in the morning, the hut will be empty. But if you go in the afternoon, as I was lucky enough to, it will be a bustling hive of largely female activity.
