Yoyo and Frazer are on a mission to put Laos on the culinary map. A husband-and-wife team based in the UK, they craft bold, flavour-packed sauces and Fair Trade pepper products that celebrate the vibrant, lesser-known food culture of Yoyo’s homeland. Their award-winning original ginger chilli sauce was crowned overall winner of the UK National Chilli Awards in 2022 and even made it into the Fire Eaters Guide to 101 of the World’s Best Hot Sauces. All their products are vegan and gluten free, and since 2024 they've been working with a social enterprise in Laos to scale up production — meaning more people get to taste Laos, and more impact is made. For every bottle sold, they donate to landmine clearance in Laos, helping to make the country safer for future generations.
