A true family business, Rusha’s father began sourcing loose leaf teas when she was just eight years old. Now working together, they source ethical and sustainably crafted matcha directly from small gardens following organic principles in Japan. Visiting the gardens throughout the year, they walk the fields with the growers and taste every individual batch to ensure the highest quality.
