Laurie is an ex craft brewer and cheesemaker who has turned his hand to producing seriously good non alcoholic ginger beer. His operation is rooted in a belief that soft drinks can and should be a lot better - and importantly, that they don't have to be packed full of sugar. Drinking is believing.
