Fiona and Susannah, Richmond

Fiona and Susannah are all about food waste. So they collect surplus fruit that would otherwise be thrown away and - along with organic vinegar, herbs, spices and a very small amount of sugar - turn it into shrubs. A shrub, originating in Persia, is an ancient, super refreshing, fabulously grown up drink that can be added to still or sparkling water, cocktails of all kinds and even champagne. The cherry on the top is Fiona and Susannah's £5 donation from every bottle sold to food charities such as UK Harvest, Nourish Hub and Refettorio Felix.
