Ed’s family has been farming on the Marlborough Downs for over a century. His great grandfather began the dairy on a rented farm with just a few cows, deciding from the beginning that he would only produce the best dairy for his customers, and that the best dairy was Guernsey. Since then, the family have settled on a mixed arable and livestock farm where 15 years ago Ed's parents, Nick and Christine, made the bold move to convert the entire farm to organic. They haven’t looked back since.
