Ben, Hittisleigh

Ben and Alice run a mixed organic farm where their commitment to welfare and sustainability is at the heart of everything they do. Raising hens, cows, geese, and ducks, their organic Pekin ducks are hatched from their own parent flock and roam freely, enjoying splashing in the farm's duck pond. With no live bird transport, Ben and Alice personally handle everything from hatching to processing, ensuring the highest welfare standards. Their ducks thrive in an environment full of freedom and fresh air, producing a rich, flavourful bird that reflects their dedication to ethical farming.
