Raised in a Gujarati household where pickles were as essential as chapatis, Amisha’s love for spice runs deep. Years later, inspired by family traditions and fuelled by a growing passion for preserving, she began recreating the flavours of her childhood but with a fresh, modern edge. Together with her mum, Bharti, the duo began crafting small batches from their London kitchen, blending heritage and experimentation. Influenced too by Mauritian culture through Amisha’s husband, their pickles celebrate the vibrant, spicy meeting point of two culinary worlds: Gujarati and Mauritian, lovingly brought together, one jar at a time.
