Seed packed loaf
Real bread, made slowly. The Seed Packed One is a hearty rye sourdough, generously packed with pumpkin seeds, linseeds, sunflower seeds and wholegrains, with apple and carrot for a little natural sweetness. Hand-baked by our baker, Sedge, using flour from regenerative farms, it's slowly fermented for at least 24 hours to develop a lovely rich, malty flavour and the gentle tang of sourdough.
With 12 different plants in every slice, it's packed with protein and fibre, making it a properly satisfying loaf that'll keep you going until your next meal. Delicious toasted with your favourite toppings, or simply enjoyed alongside a warming bowl of soup.
No added yeast, fats or palm oil. No artificial additives, preservatives or emulsifiers. Low in salt and vegan-friendly.
Storage: Best eaten within 4 days. Slice and freeze to keep longer, then toast straight from frozen.

Rye flour, wheat flour, water, sourdough (rye flour, wheat flour, water), wheat protein (gluten), mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, brown linseed, golden linseed, sesame seeds, raw buckwheat, sunflower seeds, hulled millet), rye flakes, malted barley, carrot*, apple*, barley malt extract*, salt*.

When you order anything from Wylde, please be aware of the following information about ALLERGENS.
Clearly all the fish that our producers sell contains FISH. Likewise, the shellfish contains SHELLFISH/LIVE SHELLFISH, MOLLUSCS.
The products that you receive will be labelled accordingly.
It is also important to note that everything is packed in a unit that handles MULTIPLE AND VARYING ALLERGENS and so if you or anyone you are serving has the slightest allergy, it is our sad, but very strong, recommendation that you do not buy through Wylde. We will not be able to accept any liability to you if you do.
We should also say that you might find the odd bone in filleted fish, as well as bone and/or bullet fragments and/or shot in venison and any other meat that our producers offer from time to time. (We could also point out that this is precisely because this is real food, produced sustainably by artisanal producers as opposed to some ghoulish factory Frankenfood, but we’d probably be overstepping the mark if we did that….)
Other products from time to time may also contain GLUTEN or MILK or other allergens but again such products will be labelled accordingly.

Delivery & Packaging
We deliver nationwide* direct to your door on Fridays or Saturdays, at a flat fee of £10. Simply choose your preferred delivery day at checkout.
Please note that there is a minimum order of £50, and we offer free delivery on orders over £100.
Fresh meat and fish comes vacuum packed, ready to go straight in your fridge or freezer. If there's no one in, the courier will leave your box in a safe place.
Deliveries to rural parts of Scotland may arrive later in the afternoon or early evening.
*sadly we can't yet deliver to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands.
