Steve started making honey from beehives on his London roof near Tower Bridge after wanting to bring a piece of the countryside into the capital. This was part of a broader desire for pure, natural food to be brought back into the heart of the city. Today, with George, he produces a range of specialist single origin and unusual flora honeys from all over the glorious British countryside. With a sharp focus on sustainable practices and organic environments for their bees, their honeys and honeycombs really are very special indeed.
