Natalie, South Wimbledon
Natalie spent her pre-pandemic days leading cheese tours through central London - joking, tasting and talking people through the extraordinary world of British cheesemaking. When restaurants closed overnight and small British dairies suddenly found themselves without a route to market, Natalie got on her bike - literally. While others waited, she was sourcing directly from independent makers, chopping wheels and delivering to doorsteps across south west London, keeping those relationships alive at a moment when they mattered most.
That instinct - to champion the small, the skilled and the overlooked - has defined everything Natalie has done since. Over years of working closely with independent British cheesemakers, she has built the kind of deep, trusted relationships that only come from genuinely caring about the people behind the product. Ninety percent of what she stocks is British, and every producer on her shelves has been chosen with the same forensic attention to craft, provenance and integrity.
