Hajar grew up in Egypt with the smell of fresh sourdough bread every morning. Now firmly established in London with partner James and their children, she bakes extraordinary organic bread using the sourdough starter that has been growing  and maintaining since 2020. Her bread is made with just flour, water and salt – and a whole lot of love.
