Susana, Midhurst

Susana's artisanal organic rice and quinoa is all from her native Spain. Harvested by a small independent family of farmers who practice traditional farming methods, the rice is grown in the ancient rice fields of the Albufera de Valencia nature reserve. Everything is packaged on site at the farm, by hand, with no plastic footprint - the small transparent windows in the paper packets are made of potato peel, not plastic.
