Sam & Sarah, Rising Sun

Sam and Sarah run a mixed regenerative farm in the Tamar Valley, Cornwall supplying organically grown vegetables and taking full advantage of the Valley’s unique micro climate. They work hard to enhance soil health and bio diversity through establishing herbal-ley pasture and using rotational grazing of livestock. The farm is run entirely off grid making it super sustainable.
