Harry works directly with organic, regenerative farms to source whole leaves and large cut botanicals, no dust, no shortcuts. From the cloud forests of Colombia to the high hills of Nepal, each tea is rooted in healthy soil, fair pay, and deep respect. In Colombia, the tea grows in volcanic soil under misty skies, with half the estate preserved as rainforest. In Nepal, it’s slow grown on regenerative smallholdings, where tradition meets ecological care. All the farming is certified organic, and profits support local education and infrastructure. Finally, the tea is bagged in large, plant based and biodegradable bags that let the leaves unfurl properly. As a result, every cup delivers real depth.
