Mo’s great grandfather, Hassan, planted his first olive trees 150 years ago. Hassan planted his grove in the traditional way of the time, resulting in a robust and disease resistant grove that thrives without the use of chemicals. Today, his great grandsons continue his legacy. When Mo fell in love with Alison, a proud Brit, he was keen to show her the grove that shaped his childhood. Together, they’ve made it their mission to share Tunisia’s ‘liquid gold’ with Alison’s fellow Brits.
