Elf Dalla. Much as this might sound like one of the little magical folk who helped Father Christmas dish out the toys last week, it ain’t. It’s advice. A mnemonic, in fact. Over breakfast with a family member last month, I asked how he’d shed the pounds - and kept them off. ‘Elf Dalla,’ said Richard, without hesitation. Eat Less Food. Drink A Lot Less Alcohol. I like it. A lot. And it’s all part of the plan for January. For what I’m calling ‘The Great Reset’. It’s a reset for me, of course, but it’s also a reset for Wylde. A very exciting one, too. Because as of this coming weekend, the market will be open from Sunday morning right through to Wednesday lunchtime. So while that’s not quite 'open all hours', it’s not far off. It means you’ll be able to go into the market and buy over the course of multiple days. As the week goes on, and as more fresh produce is listed, you’ll be able to add to your order – safe in the knowledge that, as ever, delivery will be made on a Friday. Now that’s what I call a Happy New Year. Nick PS - market opens on Sunday. |
