You wouldn’t think that a pig farm would be quiet, would you?
‘They’re quiet because they’re content’, Helen’s husband Sam told me when I visited them on Thursday.
I was going to write a long explanation as to why their beautiful pigs are indeed so very content.
But they say a picture paints a thousand words.
So here’s 6,000:
The pork of a lot of our youths was dry and grey.
Turns out we were eating the wrong pork.
