This is Noam. With Yotam and Sami, he founded Ottolenghi. And I’m absolutely delighted to tell you that he’s now joining Wylde. Over the summer, Noam will be growing our network of artisanal producers to expand the breadth of what we can offer you. He’ll also be bringing you his thoughts on the relationship between good food and good health (spoiler alert – it’s huge). At the same time, we’ll be working on improving the website, logistics and all sorts of other bits and pieces to make sure that come la rentrée, we have a truly world class offer for you. As a result, this week’s market will be the last until 6 September - so do think about filling those freezers!
