Wylde about….Radicalisation.

Wylde about….Radicalisation.

I’ve been radicalised.

Really radicalised.

Over the years, when it comes to food, food policy and the food ‘system’, I’ve attended a lot of lectures. I’ve been to a lot of conferences. Listened to a lot of podcasts. And I’ve read a lot of books.

Some of those books I’ve written about in pieces like this and this.

But few of them have affected me quite as profoundly as Chris van Tulleken’s Ultra-Processed People.

So much so, in fact, that I made it required reading for everyone who works at Wylde.

If you’ve read it, you’ll know why.

If you haven’t, my recommendation that you do couldn’t be any more emphatic. It’s here on Amazon (and on Audible, if you'd rather listen to it).

Ultra-Processed People makes it crystal clear quite what a number has been done on us all by Big Food and their pals in the supermarkets.

It’s enough to make me Wylde.
You too?

Nick
