Hakim, Seaton

Working out of Seaton, Hakim fishes the beautiful Lyme Bay Marine Reserve - as he has done since he was a little boy - from his 15ft boat Hazel Bee. Using just rod and line, and dispatching his catch using the humane Shinkei Jime method, he goes after bass, pollock and bream.
