Stein, Forest Row

Stein was trained in biodynamic farming at the Warmonderhof College in his native Holland. Based today in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, his fully biodynamic and organic Brambletye Farm comprises some 25 hectares of orchards, berry bushes, seasonal vegetables, mushrooms and - roaming and foraging freely in amongst it all - beautiful hens laying spectacular eggs. The hens eat only foraged food and organic grains and are reared without the use of any antibiotics. Farming as it should be.
