Olly used to make films and art. But back in 2013, he retrained as an organic farmer. Armed with a Post Graduate Diploma from Scotland’s SRUC, he now rotationally grazes both hardy Lleyn sheep and native Red Ruby cattle on the ancient Culm grasslands of his farm in UNESCO’s North Devon Biosphere. Pasture For Life certified and with an emphasis on hedges and bank restoration, Olly and his team are working hard to restore biodiversity to this truly beautiful part of the country.
