Marc & Jim, Lyme Bay Marine Reserve

The family of this father and son team has fished what is now the Lyme Bay Marine Reserve for over 400 years. All the fish is caught either from Jim’s 21ft ‘Bess’ or Marc’s 19ft ‘Lady of Ennis’ and always according to the strict principles of the reserve that have led to it being called ‘an essay in collaborative sustainability’.
