Using an old recipe and milk from their own pedigree Holstein-Friesians, Jo and David revived traditional cheese making in 2005. With acres of lush pasture for grazing, regenerative farming practices, and a deep rooted dedication to sustainable agriculture, they nurture both the land and their animals with care and respect for future generations.
