In Cork, Ireland, there’s a butter museum. It’s remarkably – and surprisingly – interesting. One of the reasons I enjoyed my visit there so much is that it demystifies butter. Because butter ain’t complicated. We could all make it ourselves. And so last weekend, I did. I bought 3 bottles of Mary and Peter’s organic double cream and followed the super simple instructions in the video below. The result was amazing: soft creamy butter, that I knew was organic and 100% pasture fed. And it tasted divine. At some point, we’ll get some brilliant butter on the market. But until then, I think that – like me – you might be surprised at how much fun it is to make your own. Nick
PS - remember that, because of the Easter break, this week's box will arrive on Thursday.
