Sam’s passion for farming started early in life. Growing on a pedigree cattle farm in Buckinghamshire, he took every opportunity to help before going on to study Agriculture. He now – with sheepdog Ellie! - manages a mixed organic farm producing a fabulous range of Soil Association certified produce, including stunning Black Welsh Mountain and Wiltshire Horn sheep. The sheep are grazed outdoors on lush grass through the summer and eat conserved forage in winter. This gives the meat a beautiful, intense flavour. Butchered by Nick in Twickenham.
