Collection: Ros, Borough

Ros didn’t set out to become the 'broth lady', it happened somewhere between a simmering pot and a spark of curiosity. Long before slow simmered broths were common, she was simply seeking something nourishing and grounding. The turning point came with a conversation with a local butcher, who mentioned tonnes of nutrient rich bones were being discarded every year. Ros couldn’t ignore it. She began rescuing those bones, coaxing out their goodness the slow and intentional way: small batches, organic ingredients, and deep respect for the land. What started as an experiment became a mission: to honour overlooked ingredients and craft broths with depth, integrity, and soul. Made with bones from a host of Wylde producers.
