Maya & Shai, Ashford
Maya and Shai run an award winning craft roastery with locations in Ashford and South East London. Their organic coffee - sourced from small scale, artisanal growers all over the world - is seriously good. Shai hand roasts their high quality beans as well as creating their own unique blends. Guided by taste, ethics and traceability, Maya and Shai take pride in being able to point to exactly where every bean comes from. All their packaging is recyclable and compostable, and the duo continue to look for ways to be ever more sustainable.
