Iain fishes off the coast of Plymouth from his small boat Aces High. He line catches amazing bass, pollack and mackerel for the most part but will land anything that won’t survive if thrown back into the sea. Once landed, Iain's fish is then beautifully filleted, arriving to you, ready to cook.
