Hedié's interest in making granola was born in Brazil where her daily breakfasts were bowls of fruit on top of delicious fresh, hand made, crunchy granola. Seven years later, underneath the railway arches in Bermondsey, she produces seriously good granola, oats and bran flakes that are of the highest quality and - importantly - not full of sugar.
