Hayden moved from the Cotswolds to Axmouth with the express intention of becoming a fisherman. After two years learning the ropes, he took delivery of his own boat, the 6.5m ‘Odilia’. Now established in his own right, he works a holistic combination of rod and line, nets and pots to ensure a steady and varied supply of fish and shellfish from the world class Lyme Bay Marine Reserve.
