Collection: Frazer, Brixham

Diving from his boat Sun Rise, down in Brixham, Frazer busily scours the sea bed for the finest scallops you can get your hands on. He started diving after learning about the destruction caused to the seabed by dredging and wanted to be able to offer people an alternative. As long as the underwater visibility is okay, he's in the sea year round. Not for the faint hearted on a cold and wet January day, of course, but all these efforts really do provide some of the finest, sweetest - and sustainably sourced - British scallops.
