Brian has been fishing for crab for many years, potting and then selling his crab locally to the markets. Disappointed with ever decreasing profits from the fish markets he, aided by his wife Claire, decided to bring the whole process in house in 2017. He continues to pot, while Claire picks and processes the catch. The result is wonderfully fresh brown and white crab meat.
