We all have more of it than we might think.
That’s particularly true when it comes to the food that we eat and the impact that it can have on our health – and the health of our planet.
And while it might have a naff name, ‘Regenuary' is a celebration of that agency.
The basic idea is that, as far as possible, we all try to eat food that has been produced regeneratively. There’s plenty more on it all here, but suffice to say that we’re right behind it.
We really believe in regen.
