Ramen is such a fabulous dish on so many levels.
It’s so fast and easy to put together.
Best of all, it’s a brilliant way of using up really small amounts of leftover meat, fish or mushrooms, and making them go so much further with ingredients like seaweed, miso and vegetables.
As a result - and as Gordon Ramsay says in this video - it’s also perfect student food.
The secret, always, is the broth. And if you’re not making your own, I can totally recommend the organic broths that Nick and his team make. They’re so very handy to have around.
