Deep in the extraordinary Yorkshire Dales, this husband and wife team farms a small herd of Northern Shorthorn cows, a rare breed that is native to the area. Working in harmony with nature, the couple hand make cheese from the raw milk that the herd producers in summer, when the cows are grazing in traditional wildflower meadows and pastureland.
