There are many reasons to love Poland and the Polish.
But pretty close to the top of that list must be pierogi – their fabulously satisfying dumplings.
They’re delicious, can be vegetarian or meat filled, and they're really quite easy to make.
I was going to share a recipe for them with you, but they’re ten a penny on YouTube and frankly none of them is as entertaining – or as plain mad – as the video below.
